It is possible to send us the notices in PDF, JPEC or PNG.

We ask that the file should not be larger than 1.5 MB. 

It is also important to specify the time period and whether you would like the notices to be sent digitally to our bulletin boards.

We will inform you when we have published the notice or about reasons why we do not publish it.
