The General Students' Committee (AStA) is the elected representative body of the student body at Flensburg University of Applied Sciences.
It is made up exclusively of volunteer students who work in various departments and advocate for the interests of their fellow students.
The AStA offers support in many areas of student life - be it finding accommodation, financial difficulties or other personal concerns.
At the same time, it offers space for personal initiative: students can contribute their interests and skills - for example in drawing up a budget for the student budget, maintaining the university sailboats or designing posters and contributions for our social media channels and website.
These examples only give a small insight into the diverse tasks and opportunities in the AStA. Even if you don't have time for active involvement, you can contribute to the development of new projects for students with your ideas and impulses.
