Cell phone ticket is not automatically extended
For students who have switched to the new version of the NAH.SH app or for whom the new app has been installed as part of the automatic update settings, the automatic extension of the Deutschland-Semesterticket to the following month does not work. The reason for this is a technical error due to the extensive update of the NAH.SH app. The error affects all smartphones/operating systems (Android and iOS) and also other products, in particular the Jobticket. However, the error does not occur if the old version of the NAH.SH app or the DB Navigator is still being used.
How to solve the problem quickly and easily
The easiest way is not to update the NAH.SH app for the time being. However, if the app has already been updated, the solution is to actively trigger the background update of the cell phone ticket once. Once this has been done, the ticket will update automatically at the end of each month as usual. This is therefore a one-off action.
