Semester fee
The semester fee is made up of different parts which, in the case of a refund, are requested from both the AStA and the Studentenwerk.

The composition:

Fee for the Studentenwerk: EUR 63.00
Contribution for the AStA: EUR 14.40
Contribution for the local semester ticket: EUR 36.00
Contribution for the national semester ticket: EUR 113.10
Total amount for re-registration: EUR 226.50
 

Deadline for re-registration for the summer semester 2024 is February 1, 2024

 You can view your re-registration status and outstanding payments in the HISinOne student portal. It can take 1-2 weeks to post a transfer. After successful re-registration you can

print out current certificates of enrollment and your student ID in the HISinOne student portal,
apply for the state-wide semester ticket at nah.sh: www.nah.sh/semesterticket
Timely re-registration saves money
Important note: If you pay the semester fee by the official re-registration deadline and have re-registered on time, you will save the late fee (30 euros) that Student Services has to charge if you miss the deadline and which must also be transferred to Student Services.
